Wandering attention
The faculty of voluntarily bringing back a wandering attention over and over again, is the very root of judgement, character, and will. No one is competent if he have it not. An education which should improve this faculty would be the education par excellence.
WHEN we are well , our wellness spill on to others, be well.. the behaviour of leaders has an enormous impact on those they lead, and the more senior they are the greater the impact. Leadership is both privilege and a burden. It's incumbent on leaders to be well and to lead from a centre of wellness and non reactivity. Leaders set the tone for the whole team or organisation, when they are calm, confident, open and relaxed, the team is more likely to feel the same. Like wise, when they are stressed,fearfull and closed, it breed the same emotion among team members.
Maintenance of aim
Work hard be lucky.. no one is successful without those things. But the most important thing of all is maintenance of aim. Maintenance of aim is most important thing.

Success
Study successful people, do what they do.
Study unsuccessful people, don't do what they do.
Leaders work to guide people towards an outcome that has yet to be accomplished, and approaching this new accomplishment is fraught with uncertainty.
Once a path to an outcome is well worn and well mapped.. once certainty and familiarity are abundant... the role of leader is decreased.

Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don't want it badly ENOUGH. They are there to stop the other people.

Stiff hardened rigid mind that does not welcome change and rejects growth.
The constant stirring of the mind with planning, worrying, analysing, preparing, and categorizing, however, turns it murky and dim.
Growth
Growth is not objectively sacred. You necessarily commit to growth in order to avoid decline and irrelevance. As people and organisations we either evolve or decay. But we cannot maintain a status quo. When the shield of protection becomes a cage of stability, it must be broken. Entropy, the second law of thermodynamics, claims that all closed systems move towards average performance and eventually decline. Leadership responsibility includes infusing and importing fresh energy into the system to avoid decay and to sustain growth. Leaders are the primary promoters of organizational renewal, it's their responsibility to yield the shield, personally and organizationally.

Add values first before you ask for order...

1.. natural events, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, severely hot weather, dreadfully cold weather , floods, droughts and so on... when such things takes place, it becomes obvious how utterly powerless we are against the forces of nature.

Novice
What are you building?
As novice, we don't trust our judgement. Then we have some success, and begin to feel a little surer of ourselves. Finally, we get to the top of our game and succumb to the trapped of thinking that there's nothing we can't master. As we get older and more experienced, we overestimate the accuracy of our judgement, especially when the task before us is difficult and when we are involved with something of great personal importance.

As a leader I should keep installing reason and purpose in people's life.
Our brain are designed to keep us safe. Mind will stop you to do anything at any cost that will hurt you.
Hesitation is main cause... to send signal to brain of fear symptom... then the brain magnifies the risk will stop you to do that things... because it feels you are in danger.
For success you have to do things which are scary, fearfully.. You have to force your self to take couple small step ... then the fear disappear..
Be a catalyst of change.
The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationship. Not on your achievements, not on how smart you are, not on how rich you are, but on quality of your relationship, which are basically a reflection of your sense of decency, your ability to think of others, your generosity.
Question
The opposite of question everything is question NOTHING. And if you don't question things, there is no knowledge, no learning, no creativity, no freedom of choice, no imagination. So I always ask why. And why not. I ask question, question, question, question. And then I listen. And that's how I discover something new.
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
You have to consciously create your life... not sleep walk in your life..
Embrace
Discover the joy of embracing diversity. When people become more open to the strangle, to the unusual, to the radical , to the other, we become more nourished as a SPECIES. Currently our ability to do that is being manipulated, diversity is being looked upon as a source of evil rather than as a source of joy and development. We must recapture the profound benefits of seeing the joy in our collective diversity, not the fear.
Barriers
The only barriers exist is in our heads. We create them, we feed them, and we choose to keep them alive. So we can also choose to break them down. Confidence and happiness are not luck or something only other people can have, they are decisions you make that involve hard work, commitment and believing that you actually deserve it. There are no barriers to stop you getting them. And if for whatever reason you ever feel in despair, it's worth remembering the supreme power gives his toughest journeys to his strongest soldiers.
Do not let others define you and your life. Do not be defined by other people's expectations of you. Do not be defined by time, either by what you have done up to this point, as that is the past, or by your ambitions, as that is the future. Tune into yourself and define yourself by being your authentic true self in every given moment. Find out what things feel good for your soul and do that. That's your freedom that you have. And it gives you the ballast to resist a world that's trying to manipulate or categorise you in some way.
Passionate
People tend not to be accidentally successful. If you see anyone very, very good at something, they tend to be very driven by what they do and they work really hard at it. So find the thing that makes you passionate and do that. And if you can find something you are passionate about that also makes a difference to others. It will be greatly fulfilling quality in your life. In the end, the things that give the most fulfilment are the things you do for others.
